Frequent questions

1. What is Smile Design?
Smile Design is a set of techniques to design the perfect smile. The treatments relate to the size, shape, texture and even the position of teeth, so that your smile is unbeatable.
2. How can Smile Design help me?
Do you have any stained teeth? Do your teeth overlap, have gaps or are they crooked? Do you lack any teeth or have large spaces between them? Are your teeth irregular due to wear and tear or breakage? Are your gums red or do they bleed? Do your teeth seem disproportional? When you smile, do you show a lot of gum? Whatever your case is, Smile Design has the answer to your needs.
3. Are the treatments painful?
Not at all. During the sessions you will feel no pain whatsoever because whenever it is necessary, we use anaesthetics.
4. How long do the treatments last?
The Autrán Institute looks after each case in its own merits, so it is difficult to say how long each treatment lasts. However, most of the cases need only one session.
5. Do my teeth need special care after treatment?
Generally speaking, apart from daily care and hygiene, it is convenient to carry out periodic check-ups (once a year) so that your dentist can monitor your situation properly.
